Investments from the United Kingdom are offered exclusively to qualified investors, in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. We strictly follow the FCA's compliance requirements to ensure investor protection and transparency. All promotional materials, risk disclosures, and investment agreements are aligned with the FCA framework. Our offerings in the UK are structured to meet high ethical and legal standards. Only investors who meet the FCA's criteria for sophistication and experience are eligible to invest. We do not accept or solicit investments from unqualified individuals or entities that fall outside of these regulatory boundaries. Investor protection and regulatory compliance are central to our operational principles.

Real Estate Investments

Our real estate investments are structured with full legal oversight and compliance. All payments for freehold property investments must be made directly into the designated escrow account of the project to ensure transparency and investor protection. Our Property Developer License Number is 673689 and our RERA Registration Number is 1730368. These credentials confirm our legitimacy and accountability in the real estate sector. Investors are provided with comprehensive documentation, legal terms, and a transparent breakdown of ownership. Escrow accounts safeguard investor funds until construction milestones are achieved, in line with RERA guidelines. We encourage investors to verify licenses and conduct due diligence before committing capital to any real estate offering.

Non-Regulated Investments

Investments in automobiles or retail partnerships fall outside the regulatory scope of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). These offerings are governed instead by legal agreements enforceable under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts. Investors are clearly informed that such investments are not covered by standard regulatory protections. Legal safeguards, including notarized investor agreements, ensure transparency and outline the terms under which the business operates. These agreements clearly define the obligations, risks, and capital treatment for all parties involved. Investors are urged to fully understand the nature of non-regulated investments before making any commitments.

Capital Protection & Risk Disclosure

Capital protection in our non-regulated investments is provided through legally binding Dubai Court agreements. If a business venture results in a loss, our company assumes the responsibility of returning the capital amount to the investor. To recover funds, the company may sell fixed assets, including property holdings and equity stakes in other ventures. This framework ensures that investor capital is treated with the highest level of priority in adverse situations. However, while capital is protected, returns are subject to market conditions and business performance. Investors are advised to evaluate the risk-reward profile of each investment before participation. Full disclosures are provided in all agreements.

As capital protection is a key feature of our investment offerings, we have opted to remain outside the SCA and DFSA regulatory frameworks. Instead, we use enforceable Dubai Court agreements to legally guarantee capital protection. We maintain transparency about our regulatory status and clearly identify which investment products are and are not regulated.
